Adam earned his PhD at the Institute of Physical Chemistry of the Polish Academy of Sciences, where he developed a microfluidic-based setup for semi-automated measurements of biomolecular interactions via FRET. He also worked on physical models describing molecular crowding and the electrostatic catalysis arising from oppositely charged molecules interacting with like-charged reactants. In 2025, he joined RobotLab as a postdoctoral researcher within the Big Chemistry consortium, focusing on developing automated methods for solubility measurements and emulsion stability mapping in HLD space.
